Disconnect all six injectors, turn the key on--does the fuse blow? If ok, start connecting each injector in turn and check the fuse each time. Turn the key off while making each connection. Hopefully, you will find one injector that causes the fuse to blow. If the computer output for that injector is on all the time, the injector coil will burn out. A scanner reading of the computer should show a problem like that and should show which injector is a problem. The computer operates each injector directly, so a stuck output means replace the computer.

2007 Pontiac Grand Prix. Why does my auto door locks keep blowing a fuse when shifting out of park?

You need a good auto-electrician. Something in the shifter is causing that fuse to blow. It must have some shared power. Your doors work fine. Take the control apart and check for chafing, and check all the way down to the transmission.

2000 grand prix blows 10 amp ecm fuse as soon as you turn the ignition on

According to the wiring diagram on autozone's website, that fuse only powers the computer. The computer controls several components by grounding them.
It's possible something has shorted out the circuit board inside the computer.
You could unplug the computer and try the fuse again. If it blows there is something in the wiring harness between the computer and the fuse.
On most models the computer is behind the glove box or on the passenger side of the engine compartment.

Motor turns over but will not crank. Had a main power fuse replaced 4 days ago, cranked and ran fine. Now it does the same thing again? 2001 Pontiac Grande Am

Fuses are installed in cars to prevent fires. Somewhere in the system too much power is flowing causing the fuse to blow. A wire shorting out to ground can cause this or a load somewhere may be intermittently shorting out. My suggestion is to buy a package of the right rating fuses and keep it in the vehicle ready to install. Get an appointment with a reputable repair facility to do diagnostics to search what might cause this fuse to blow.

I hope this helps.

Heater blower not blowing at any speed

check switch at contacts for continuity. Check heater blower fuse and relay If fuse is blown and new fuse blows right away there is a short to ground or power. (either in cab or under hood in power distribution box). Check wiring running to blower for possible short. Check blower.

Might want to chk. for a bear wire on the injector harness that might be grounding out, or might be pintched, if its had engine work done on it in the past. Also chk.wear the injector harness plugs into the maine harness too.

A/c blowing hot air. 3 out of 5 vents are blowing.

With regards to you a/c not blowing cold there are several faults that could cause this. Your compressor may not be working, they may be a restriction in your A/C lines, your compressor and/or evaporator may be clogged, you may have a leak, or i could be something as simple as fuse.
