Every once in a while all my dash dial will go out, fuel gauge, speedometer, oil pressure, temp. gauge.

The first common sounds like a good place to start. I have a similar quirk when I start the car. I can tell right away because the only dash light I see is "Air Bag." If I turn off the car and then restart it all is back to normal

It sounds to me like you have a bad ground wire (common occurrence when after-market sound systems are added).
Check the ground wire behind the cluster, making sure it is solidly connected to chassis.

SOURCE: everthing on my dash (speedometer, odometer, fuel

Blown Fuse or fried Circuit board. Take to a local AutoZone, Advance, Murray's, O'reillys or a similar part house for them to check the wiring. I'm assuming the van does not use a mechanical Speedometer or Fuel Gauge.

On the plus side, with no speedometer, your indicated odometer mileage does not increase. Just keep your speed down and your tank full. Kidding, just kidding.

I just bought 1970 ford f250 with a360 and the gauges on dash isn't working also a few other issues that will address later

A vehicle that old will need all the wire connections cleaned and tightened. Also may need new oil pressure sending unit, and new temp sending unit. Might need new speedometer cable and fuel gauge sending unit in the gas tank.

My temp gauge and fuel quit working

This is pretty common on the 2005 Mustangs, it's caused by failing stepper motors in the instrument cluster, they control the movement of the gauges. Repair is around $180 and there's a guide on how to fix them yourself here - 2005 Mustang speedometer problem
