You need to be skilled at electrical for this, you have to check for shorts to ground on any wires related to the ecu fuse. And for any shorts into other wires. I suspect there are more melted wires. You could us a Honda factory ETM.(electrical troubleshooting manual). You should be able to find one on EBAY, for a good price.

SOURCE: 1991 Accord, ECU fuse is blowing, checked wire

Hello! Fuse #28 (10A) feeds two wiring runs...It powers the fuel pump, and the Electronic Air Control Valve (EACV)...Either of these two devices can be shorted to ground or the harness that feeds their power...

Pull the relay...Pull the fuse...Disconnect the connector from the EACV...It is located behind the PCV...Wire colors are...Yellow/Black and Black/Blue...

With ohm meter on X1 scale and one probe to ground...Measure from the Yellow...then the Yellow/Black at the relay...You will see the fuel pump winding resistance...But not zero ohms...

Wiring harness shorts are hard to find...So stop there and tell me what you read...........saailer

Speaker wiring diagram for a 08 dodge 2500 truck with 7 speaker infinity

Never have found good wiring diagrams for stereo's. Bought them and color codes didn't match. I have mitchell and alldata at work, they don't match. I wire them in with a volt/ohm meter. I find B+, Then hook ignition the the heater control wire. Ohm out the speakers. Thing is, you have infinity. You'll have to find the amp and cut the speaker wires and patch them there also, first. Just a note.. All speaker wires are twisted/paired wires. Cut the tape back 4 to 6 inches to find them. Another note. The speaker wires from the stereo to the amp will be a set of colors. From the amp to the speakers will be different colors.

1991 Honda Accord my son put a after market stereo and amp in his car and fried some wires i separated and taped up all that i found but the car will not start and everytime i turn the key on the car

The short circuits he introduced has blown a fuse somewhere. Pull out and look at each one. I'm sure you will locate one that is blown. He should never proceed with such installs without first downloading the wiring diagram on the car, that's the only way to know what to expect to see when connecting that sort of thing.
