Hard starting runs rough low vaccum
Sounds like you will need to have some diagnostic work done to gain a better understanding of where the problem might be. Lets brain storming the possibilities: Split vacuum hose(s). Hoses that have fallen off. Hose fittings that may have cracked. Air intake hose split after the air flow sensor. Failed power brake vacuum line, valve and or diaphragm. Blown head gasket between cylinders. Worn out cylinder(s) / compression rings. Burnt valves and valve seats. Cracked or damaged piston. Timing problem like a stuck timing advance. Fuel pressure problem. Wow, I am sure there are more possibilities too.
Low Vacuum --measured where & how?
Low intake manifold vacuum ?
Do a Cylinder Leak Down Test--pretty much indicates
the motor is worn out ,or you have a valve issues
Check the timing belt & look at MAF , Fuel Trim & O2 Data
Do a cylinder balance or cylinder contribution test before
the leak down

your crank sensor it is located on the back of your engine block behind the alternator check it see if it is bad

If the engine seems to run fine over 1450 RPM maybe there is a vacuum hose leaking or EGR valve is slightly stuck open. Any help from the OBD II trouble codes? Or is there simply no MIL and no stored information in the OBD II computer read at the local parts store through the connector by the drivers knee?
