How to replace timing belt on Honda Prelude 92 96 2 3 lt H23a1

There's no such thing as a timing belt diagram.
Do you mean to say the "Procedure" for changing a timing belt in a 92 Prelude?
By asking such a question I can only interpret it as a clear indication that you've never changed a timing belt before.
If this is true, then you don't want to start out or practice on your own car.
Get the car to a pro and have the job done right.
If not true (and you've changed timing belt's in the past)
Then give me the engine size and I'll post the:
"PROCEDURE" for changing the belt in a few hours.

theres a lil slot on the lower left face plate of the dash.. Insert Ignition key or suitable tool (very small screwdriver) and hold for a few seconds.. this will reset the mileage counter and turn off the oil lamp.. Thankx

From what I see in my manual,
1.There is a Timing Pointer on the back of the engine. There is a White mark on the flywheel. The white mark must line up with the timing pointer, for Number 1 piston to be at Top Dead Center.
2.Facing the engine, looking at the camshaft sprocket. The sprocket has spokes. On one of those spokes is the word, "UP" in raised letters, or there is a small Dot. As you can see here, the spoke with the word UP goes -> Up.
(Same thing of course if it is a Dot, instead of UP)
On the back of the camshaft gear, (Sprocket), are marks. On the edges of the camshaft gear. These line up with the top edge of the cylinder head. The surface of the cylinder head, where the valve cover bolts down to.
I'm sorry, at present I do not have a website, that I could link you to for a diagram, or photo.

SOURCE: hi I have a 02 Honda Odyssey. Since I had teh
well oil consumption is either worn piston rings or worn valve guides and or seals,,,did they reuse the cylinder head that had the bent valves and just put new valves in it?if so i bet the vavle guides are damaged and the valve seals and oil is leaking by causing it to burn oil and thats why you have a ticking and oil consumption, i would take it back and demand a new cylinder head,,,for free
