Where is the fuel relay on a 1995 ford escort

Sounds like a bad pressure regulator. The regulator is suppose to adjust the pump speed to match demand. Some units work by counting the RPM with a crankshaft sensor. Check fuel pressure at test port. Sometimes the pressure needs to be adjusted when changing a pump.

If you mean the fan on the radiator, then the relay is in the distribution box on the left hand fender well under the hood. Hope this helps, let me know.

Fuse should be labeled as fuel pump or fuel injection. Fords also have a fuel pump relay, a fuel pump shut off button, reset, under dash by the hump, in case of crash.
Could be the pump itself.

POSS AIR FLOW METER

mine has a fuse. also check power to the pump and to the cut off switch ... if you have power it would be the pump ... good thing you can remove the back seat to access the pump.
