2014 Mazda CX-5. Codes keep popping up one after another after I fix one. Any ideas??

Delete all the codes and never act on a first time code, just delete it and see if it comes back. If it does, depending on what it is, you can delete it a second time. Variable Valve Timing can often be a problem. Try cleaning the connector on the VVT Solenoid with switch cleaner spray.

2006 Mazda 6. The car slams when the gear changes. What could be the problem please?

This could be caused by a variety of issues, including low transmission fluid levels, a faulty transmission control module, or worn-out transmission components. It's best to take your car to a certified mechanic who can diagnose the issue and provide an accurate repair estimate.

In the meantime, you can check the transmission fluid level in your car. Here are the steps to follow:

Park your car on a level surface and turn off the engine.
Open the hood and locate the transmission dipstick.
Remove the dipstick and wipe it clean with a lint-free cloth.
Reinsert the dipstick all the way back into its tube.
Pull out the dipstick again and check the fluid level. The fluid should be between the "Full" and "Add" marks on the dipstick.
If you find that your transmission fluid level is low, you can add more fluid to bring it up to the correct level. Be sure to use the type of transmission fluid recommended by Mazda for your car.

How do I check the transmission fluid level in a Mazda ,CX-5, with a 2.5?

If there is no dipstick to be found under the hood, then don't worry about it. If you look in your owners manual and there is no mention of servicing the transmission , then don't worry about it. That's the way they are making vehicles these days; pretty much maintenance free.
If this is the case, there is a way, but in only comes into play when you are filling the transmission, much like a manual transmission. Only, a little more involved. Bottom line is: Unless you have a leak in your transmission you should never have to add any fluid. If your mileage is high, say over 100K miles you may feel better having your transmission serviced, filter and fluid changed. But in most instances this is completely unnecessary and uncalled for. Especially, if there is no mention of servicing the transmission in the owners manual schedule of maintenance. For, example, my wife's 2000 Mazda MPV has 250K miles on it. The owners manual never mentions any maintenance. I have changed the filter twice( very messy, no drain plug ) and topped off the fluid. You should never feel the need to do any of this, under normal use. Relax and enjoy. Find something else to worry about.
