The key lock cylinder operates the ignition switch sometimes ignition switch is separate sorry I didn't find where ignition switch is located if the lock cylinder is plugged into it.
You should have a starter relay and starter relay fuse.
This diagram of starter circuit shows the clutch pedal switch in the circuit on an automatic should have the neutral safety switch in the circuit. This is for 95 Rodeo.

The ignition switch does not go to the starter solenoid . Pin 87 at the starter relay sends B+ voltage to the starter relay . Do you know what a starter relay is an how it works ? The ignition switch is an input to the PCM - engine computer . When the PCM sees this B+ voltage from the switch it energizes the starter relay sending B+ voltage to the starter solenoid . http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html free wiring diagrams !

Are u takling about the Ignition Switch diagram or the IGNITION TUMBLER DIAGRAM, THE IGNITION TUMBLER is where u turn the key, why do u need the diagram, what is ur problem with Ignition Switch or Tumbler, be more specific on what ur working on or with.

Go to autozone.com and register they have good wiring diagrams for your truck.What I saw was all the relays going to ground so you should have 12V coming off the ignition switch.
