I checked the fuses and the bulbs and they all look alright, I don't know where else to look.

Check the cable, connector or the holder, this might also be cause of fuse box problem, sometimes fuse seems to be ok but the fuse slot get ionised salts that makes a connection problem. You can swithch the wires for indicator with tail light wires to make it sure that the holders or bulbs are ok

Check the brake switch above and behind the brake pedal. It may have slipped out of position or could be faulty. It can be tested with a meter.

I had the same problem with Kia Optima. No turn signals, no brake lights or hazard lights. Check the fuse box underneath the hood for ECU fuse. Mine needed replacing and everything works fine now.
