That is the Decent Speed Control generally used for off-road. The on/off button is on the center console between the shifter and the 12v power outlet.With the ignition on,press the button (marked with the same icon you see on the dashboard ) to turn the DSC on or off.
Are there any warning lights on in the dash, may a security warning light? If so you will need to reset the security system, refer to the owners manual or callthe local Lexus dealer for instructions.
Take your fob and hold it directly against the dash beside the start button for about ten seconds. Watch to see if the green light comes on. Then try the button. If it fails try your spare key same way. You likely have a low battery in the fob.
Try rotating the ignition switch slightly after you turn it to on and see if the lights come on...had the same problem and changed the switch fixed the problem...
To my knowledge only a lexus dealership can correct the air bag light,
also it seems that with the older lexus models that dash lighting is a
common issue. I would suggest checking your fuses for loose or burnt
out ones, as well as checking for loose wiring in the dash unit itself
which a mechanic should be able to diagnose. not sure if that helps at
all.
