You installed the wires wrong

Should have made a diagram before
removing the old ones

Google a picture of the wiring

SOURCE: I have a 1990 suburban 4wheel drive.

Put a fuel pressure gauge on it and watch it to see if when it dies you are losing fuel pressure. if you dont lose pressure then that eliminates the fuel system

That wire is suppose to be disconnected. It is a tach connection. Will it start if you spray carb cleaner in to the throttle body?

SOURCE: My 1999 suburban is missfiring on cylinder one, changed new plug, cap & rotor, wires

You seem to have covered almost everything electrical. That leaves mechanical. Either valves sticking, frozen, or spring, cam broken. Fuel line or injector to that cylinder is the only other item I can think of. Let me know how it works for you.

SOURCE: 1990 350 suburban keeps stalling when at stop lights seem to idle down then stall

clean your throttle body.
check for codes; you might have a map sensor problem, or your tps might have a dead spot. 9 times out of ten it is a dirty throttle body; the iac can't react fast enough to regulate air when the small gap adjustment of the throttle body gets contaminated with a tarry buildup.

When you replaced the fuel pump, did you notice if the pick-up line was in good condition or not? I have been told by a mechanic that has over 35 yearsof experience that this was a common problem, and especially now with Ethanol being mixed in with fuel.
