If only one hose going into the firewall is hot, it would mean that your heater core is plugged up. You can sometimes get lucky and remove both hoses and blow compressed air into the bottom outlet and try to clear the clog, but usually it means a heater core replacement.
Could have a blockage in the heater matrix , drain the coolant system and reverse flush through to see if that will clear the matrix refill and test ,if you are able to disconnect the two hoses to firewall clamp them off and remove then flush the matrix through then refit hoses if the flush goes through ok, try this one first as less work for the same result , if still no heat remove the matrix for inspection etc

U have a failed air temperature control electric blend door actuator, to replace this part requires the dash be removed from the car, the part is located on the outside of the heating duct about center of dash.
