My TB has the SES light on and a rough idle. I cleaned the throttle body and changed my spark plugs. Not getting a CEL or any codes. My RPMs were very low and would stall at an idle. After cleaning the throttle body and changing the spark plugs my RPMs at idle went from about 250 to a happy 600- however, still very rough idle and still has an illuminated SES. This all started after disconnected the battery (not sure at all if that is related): the truck has been fired up long enough that it would have relearned its idle (I think that takes 30 seconds?).

Sounds like the idle speed control motor is stuck, this could have been caused by the cleaning.

Try a new fuel filter. If that doesn't help, check the fuel pressure--may be a plugged intake sock filter inside the fuel tank.

you should change the tps( throtal position sensor) this can cause that problem

Check your fuel pump presure. Pump is in the tank. Also try and loosen the fuel cap, the tank vent may be stopped up.

Do you know if the plugs were changed, a bad or broken plug will also cause rough idle and slow acceleration?
