Passenger window, mirror, and door lock stopped working. Does this have to do with the module under the door panel?
Yes it highly likely to be the outstation in the door or a loose wire, the outstation can be bought on line for a Tena but it's worth watching one of those U tube videos on how to take the door apart.
Quite likely, but before you start tearing things apart, check the fuses, then for a loose wire - much more common occurences. SOURCE: Range Rover Passenger Door Will Not Open
I have a 2002 land rover discovery and my passenger front door won't unlock with the interior lock button on the dash or with the key fob. The only way to unlock the door is to pull the handle on the inside of the door. Is the actuator bad?
Please help

Is there three plastic caps about where the bolts re or does it have the little plastic trinagle cover over the corner of the mirror?

Try helping the mirror move by hand. The pivot rusts from not being used. Gently work it around.
SOURCE: land rover discovery central locking.
No, likely to be caused by the actuators in the lock mechanism failing usually causing the door to remain locked. The boor door can also fail this way, as do the front side doors. Replacement requires the whole lock unit to be replaced at a cost of roughly £60 a lock, and a hours work. Helps if you have small hands. Requires a full strip down of the door and you will need the lock unit, trim clips (a few quid) and a trim removal tool (tenner). You can bodge with a flat head screwdriver, but the tool does help prevent damage to the clips & trim panel.

souds like you either have a broken wire in the door or the motor that controls that lock is bad
