There is typically a diagram under hood. However, if the diagram is missing it can also be found at most parts stores. Just ask a sales rep or manager and they should be able to get it from there computer. If those don't help you will need to get it from dealer with VIN info.

call the dealer (or perhaps even a local parts supply store may have them) ask for a printout. alternatively a haynes or chiltons manual may be available at your local library or local auto parts store - call ahead for availability. To be sure, these diagrams are kind of cumbersome as they typically include more than the vacuum lines, so take a good close look at what you have when you obtain them and good luck with the project.
