Try taking the number off the engine and see if the dealer can search it up. I doubt they only put it in one car model, but the number on the engine should match the frame. Get where I'm going? As old as it is, I wouldn't expect anything though.
That vehicle is too old to look up online, but some of the older Ford engines (particularly the 302 or 5.0L) were eqipped with 2 drain plugs on the oil pan. One is way up front by the crankshaft pulley and the other is in the bottom of the pan in the usual place. Yes, it is required that you drain BOTH of them. You will leave about 1-1/2 quarts of old oil in the engine if you don't.
Under hood, driver side, lower enginearea, beneath exhaust manifold, left side of oillevel sender, above oil pan rail, mounted in block .... if it is not there it is on the back of the engine on the passenger side below the intake manifold on the block...
Before you do, why do you want to change the pan? OK then, consider the sump, is it front or rear? Do you have room to drop the pan 6 inches and get it out? The oil sump is at the bottom of the pan. If not, you have to pull the motor mount bolts out and jack up the engine. Then pull it out. When you put in the new pan, use no adhesive on the gasket, none. Bolt that baby up, drop the engine, tighten everything up, fill her up with oil, you should be all set.

Distributor goes in counter clockwise rotation
Looking at engine from the front, #1 plug is the very first one on the left side of engine.
Sounds like the fuel pump is not working. I would find myself a repair manual and start reading about troubleshooting. If not interested in that I would call a repair shop.
