Your getting spark, you need to check the compression on #1 cylinder it sounds like you might have a bad valve, rings, or a hole in the piston. did you recently change the timing belt and if so did it break while driving this could cause damage to the valves just a thought.

Ok did you check to see if the spark plug wire is good and if it is good take out the spark plug and put it on the spark plug wire that its not firing on if it fire at the spark plug then you should do a compression test if the compression is bad you may have a burn valve or something and that would be what causing the misfire

SOURCE: NUMBER 1 CYL WONT FIRE ITS GOT SPARK 2006 DODGE 5.7

Perhaps a bad or fouled injector? Pull the plug lead and see if you can detect gas in the chamber when you pull the plug. Good luck!

I just changed the spark plugs in my 2004 Ford BA Falcon and now it wont start!

Sounds like you have crossed the spark plug wires...(wrong firing order:) Check with the store where you purchased the new plugs...they should be able to provide the correct firing order...also you must locate cylinder #1 to begin...and confirm the pattern of the firing order...sounds harder than it is...Hope this helps.

Spark plugs and wires

It sounds like the spark plug wires are not plugged into the correct place on the distrubutor. take the distributor cap off and crank the engine over. Make a note of which direction the rotor spins. (Clockwise, or Counterclockwise) then find the firing order for that engine. Sometimes the firing order is on the intake manifold. (if you tell me which engine it has, the 4 cylinder 2.0, or the 6 cylinder 2.5; I could post you the firing order). Now on the distributor cap there is one wire post that has the #1 on it, that would be where you put the spark plug wire from cylinder 1. Following the rotation of the distributor rotor, you would put the spark plug wire for the next cylinder in the firing order after the #1 wire, and so on.

Someone crossed spark plug wires i need fireing

It is stamped on the top of the engine, in the head. It is usually pretty easy to find, and you wont have to remove any pieces to see it.

Wont start. it trys to just wont fire over. has spark and fuel.

Without knowing what kind of car you have...It may have jumped time? Timing belt or gear?
You have spark and fuel, Just might be at the wrong time? See if #1 piston is at top when #1 plug fires.

Need firing order diagram.. wont start

remove the dizzy cap, crank motor over to find out the rotation of the rotor. Remove the no.1 spark plug and bring no.1 piston up to top dead centre on compression stroke, mark side of dizzy body where the end of the rotor points to, replace dizzy cap and see which lead it lines up with.
that will be your no.1 lead, find the firing order and put the leads back on the dizzy cap in the direction of the rotors rotation, run those leads to the corresponding plugs and it should start.
