THE CODE KEEPS SHOWING UP AFTER THE PART WAS REPLACED AND WAS RESET, DOES THE CODE MEAN THAT THE TCM (TCU) IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY
SOURCE: diagnostic codes p705 and p720
Both of those codes are for the transmission
720 is Output Shaft Sensor Generator B
705 is Automatic Transmission Range Switch Problem this is the Park, reverse, neutral, drive, low Switch that tells the computer which gear you have selected. Hope this helps From my experience this type of problem has to either go to a FULLY EQUIPPED TRANSMISSION SHOP OR THE HYUNDAI DEALER a regular small auto repair shop is nor usually equipped to do this and costs you extra money due to their lac of knowlege in this area Actually the Dealer is the most knolegeable of this due to they see it repeatedly and have all the tools and parts right there on hand to fix it right the first time.
If you find this information helpful please give me a Fixya! Rating and anything i can do to assist further please contact me ,Thank you,Randy

SOURCE: How to replace 2004 Hyundai Elantra starter
First, disconnect the battery. Then the only part that needs to be removed to access the starter is the rubber air plenum boot between the throttle body and the air filter housing. This allows enough room to get an arm in there to access the 14mm bolts that attach the starter to the transmission. After removing the bolts, the starter can be removed from underneath the car. lower it down as much as possible, and unbolt the power cable. You may have to twist and turn it a bit to get around the support between the engine block and intake manifold, but it will come out.
SOURCE: what is meaning p1529 on my elantra
P1529 means the TCM (transmission control module) has requested that the ECM (engine control module) turn on the check engine lamp. All I can tell you based on this information is that the TCM has seen something abnormal. To find out what abnormal condition the TCM saw, you'd need to retrieve the DTCs (diagnostic trouble codes) from the TCM. The most frequent culprit is either the input or output speed sensor, but there's no way to know whether they may be the issue without the TCM DTCs
