I put a new map sensor on my 93 Pontiac GP LE 3.1 and attached the vacuum hose. I rechecked the hose and the engine went to high RPM.
Simply go to a local parts or hardware store and get a piece of vaccine hose that's identical in size(take your old hose from your map sensor with you if at all possible to match up the sizes), then buy the length you need as it's usally sold by the foot and take it back home an qndbinsrall it in place of the old one. If you have vacuum leaks or anything like that you can find the source by spraying carburetor cleaner very gently(like a mist) on the various vacuum lines of the engine(and the intake manifold) and it'll be very obvious if you hit a vacuum line that's leaking. Google how to check vacuum lknes with carb cleaner or watch a YouTube video explaining it and it'll be a trick you'll never forget, it's sinpe and effective! See Below, best of luck my friend!

Check the catalytic converter. If it is clogged, it will reduce your your power and increase the temp of the car, especially on steep inclines.

This happened to me on my 93 grand am. I also like you got new sensors and a new computer which did not fix the problem. It turned out to be a cracked wire at the battery. Thats right a wire on the positive side of the battery that wasn't even broke all the way through. I re spliced the wire and VAROOOOM it fired right up.
Well fuel is not in your vacuum lines, you need a fuel pressure tester to check to see what your fuel pressure is

If the CHECK ENGINE light is illuminated, take the vehicle to a local car parts store and have them give you the error codes.
Have you changed your air filter lately? If not, check it... may be clogged.

Better get this one to a mechanic. Sounds like you blew a head gasket.
