Check the wheel bearings and set up on the rear wheel, it may be just the matter of adjustment.

Sounds like a bent rim or it's out od square in the frame.
To check the "Out of Square" measure the distance from the rear axle to a point on the frame on each side of the bike. To check the rim for trueness; take the wheel off the bike mount it on a holder (or just hold it out at arms length with both hands and have someone spin the wheel; if it spins straight, the problem is being out of square on the bike, if it wobbles it's a bent rim.

My 2002 Chevy Venture shakes in the rear at 40 mph and up. I balanced my tires and it still shakes

The most likely reason is that they said they balanced the tyres and didn't!

Chock the front wheels and jack up a rear wheel and spin it. Look at it for up and down movement. Then looks at it from behind as someone else spins and look for bulges and wobbles. Take the top and bottom of the tyre and rock it, push the top and pull the bottom, back and forth see if there is movement? Do the same on the other side.

Then remove the jack and push the vehicle the vehicle as though you were trying to spin it sideways. Does it wobble? It shouldn't move. The next test is harder on a van, you want to see if the rear bounces, are the shocks gone.

2000 Chevy venture wobbles and makes noise on passenger side with increased speed it starts shimmering real bad, just replaced the CV axle

Lift that tire off the ground. Grab it on the top and bottom. If it moves, have some on watch the lower ball joint. If the ball joint moves, replace it. If it doesn't replace the wheel bearing. If the tire doesn't move top and bottom. Grab the sides and move back and forth. If you feel slop in it, replace the outer tierod. Do this soon, because a lot of vibration could be close to failing/wreck.

On my motorized gas bicycle the rear wheel wobbles what is causing that and how do I fix it?

Not sure about the Ford Focus issue?? If your motorized bicycle has wire spokes, they should be adjustable. Just tightening the spokes will pull the rim to that side. The opposite when loosening them etc.
If your wheels are of the mag type like a car, then maybe a bike shop can straighten out the wobble without more damage.

MODEL 2004 VENTURE CHEVROLET...HOW MUCJ IS A WHEEL BEARING

Wheel bearings are about 90-140 dollars depending on the brand you get whether Delco or other OEM. Make sure though that the wheel bearings you get are for the right spec of venture as they differ as to whether they are for rear and front wheels, whether yours is Front Wheel Drive or all wheel drive, with ABS or No ABS. I get mine from Rockauto. Their catalogue on-line lists all the different specs.

Vibration and noise from front end while driving

Jack up the front end and put stands under it and block rear wheels. Look at axle boots and see if they are cracked. Try turning wheel back and forth sharply and see if you can hear any clicking. Problem could be outer axle joints. If the boots are cracked or you hear a clicking noise you will have to replace the axle. The axle and boot come as a complete unit. Please let me know what you find out.
