(1) Open hood and disconnect the negative battery cable remote terminal from the remote battery post.
(2) Remove the left end cover, left instrument panel trim cover, and the cluster bezel. Refer to the various Removal and Installation procedures in this section.
(3) Remove the three screws retaining headlamp switch to cluster bezel.
(4) Remove headlamp switch from bezel.

dissconnect negitive battery terminal, open dirvers and passenger doors.remove dash end caps then use a pry stick or screwdriver and pry out left and right A pillar trim panels. next is to remove the bezel, lift up on the outter bottom edges of top bezel and along rearward edge of top cover top disengage clips, pull top cover rearward intil pins disengage from instrument panel and then remove from dash, next is to remove the cluster bezel and then the top and bottom steering column covers, the next step is to remove the screws holding the switch. then the connectors to switch.lift switch straight up and remove. to install reverse removal procedure. heres a diagram to help you understand the covers and bezels locations. hope this helps good day.
dissconnect neg batt cable,
1)remove over the steering column bezel by pulling up with a frim pull.
2)remove the four cluster bezel attaching screws.
3)tilt wheel all the way down,
4)pull cluster bezel back to remove.
5)remove the four screws holding cluster to dash
6)rotate top of cluster outward.
7)dissconnect connector to cluster.
8) remove cluster and on the back you will see the bulbs,you can flash a light through the bulb hole to make sure you have the correct bulb, hope this helps.
You must remove the dash bezel. Remove screws, and pop off plastic bezel, be careful it is easy to break.
Remove the screws holding the clear plastic cover of the instrument cover, be careful not to scratch it.
Now the instrument cluster can be removed by taking out the small screws holding it into the dash.
Pay strict attention to the various plug connectors.
Now you can replace any or all of the bulbs, assem ble in reverse order.

You must pop up the lower bezel cover first. Lift at the front towards the steering column. Lift up easy from the seat side only, theres 2 clipss that can be broken on the dash side. After poping up slide towards you. Remove the 4 screws holding the round bezel. Remove bezel towards you.Remove 4 screws that hold the instrument cluster. Tilt the cluster to remove. Blubs are PC74. Remove bulbs by turning counterclockwise.
The bezel around the dash should have 2-4 screws holding it on. Once these are out, the bezel should come out maybe with a small screw driver to pry behind bezel. After this removed there will be 4-6 screws around the gauge cluster, remove these and your cluster will come out, your bulbs are on the back of the gauge cluster.
dash is ismply snapped into place. There are only plugs in teh dash if your model is a 4wd. It's easiest to tilt the steering wheel all the eay down for removal of the dash bezel. Once the bezel is removed there are only two screws holding in the factory radio.
Disconnect the neg batt,cable, because of the airbags. Remove the 3 bolt holding the lower steering column cover. Remove the top & bottom covers, If you have traction control disconnect the switch. Put tilt down. Remove the 4 screws holding the steering column bezel 2 upper, 2 lower, Tilt towards you to remove. Remove 4 bolts holding the instrument cluster to dash. Bulbs are removed by turning counterclockwise
The bezel surround for the gauges and dash center (radio area) need to be removed to gain access to remove the switch. Should be about 10 torx screws and then pull straight out.
Should pull out easily when all screws are removed.
