A have a 2001 gmc Denali when I dreve for a long time and tray to turn eder way it makes braking noise on the front weels

Check wheels and steering for loose parts, wheel, hub/bearing, check to make sure all nuts and bolts are tight, Check Inner and outer CV joints for damaged boots and make sure the hub nut is tight. Grease the components that have grease fittings, tie rod ends and ball joints usually. Check the brake calipers for tight mountings, the upper ball joints should be inspected for wear, as should any steering linkage component. Also check suspension arms for worn or degraded bushings, upper and lower, and that their mounting bolts are tight to frame.

Also look for plastic parts that are loose- it they can move close to a tire, they may be a possible source of the noise as well. Including a dust shield rubbing against the steering shaft- llok for bright areas where something may be rubbing against it.

I believe it's a tire noise. It was making a noise and so I had the tires rotated. Different road surfaces the louder the noise. Going slow I really can' hear it. Since the tires have been rotated now...

Have the hubs inspected and the tires balanced. The wheel/tire assembly out of balance will cause the over 60 mph wobble/ steering wheel shake or drone. When did this occur or has it been going on for a while now?

Wat happens if ur power stearing gear box is going

It isn't the power steering box. You have some worn or broken components in your front end. I would only drive it to a garage to get it onto a lift.

Is a noise wen i turn the weel all the way

Check the level of power steering fluid in the reservoir, there should be a dipstick for that. Make sure its within the specified amount. If its not try adding some. Also there could be air in the power steering system, and if you had the fluid changed somewhere i would reccomend bringing it back to them and having them bleed the system.
