check the relays out , that should be located under the hood on your vehicle, in a black box on the drivers side, it should have a plastic cover, remove the cover, and it has fuses and relays.
The fluid goes in power steering pump reservoir. Its located to the rear of engine passenger side.Passernger side of engine - upper left side underneath the alternator .next to the belt.------Thanks.Helpmech.
