It sounds like a blown head gasket. Did the car overheat recently? To confirm, you can get a cylinder block test kit from Autozone and verify the presence of CO2 (product of combustion in the cylinders).
If it is a blown head gasket, you may be able to fix it with an additive if the leak is not too bad. If the engine still runs, this just might work for you. Otherwise, you will need to have the heads removed, shaved, and reinstalled with new head gaskets.
