Have a 2003 monty carlo ss. I have had to get system completely flushed 5 times keeps getting gunked up. It's only been six months and I have to get it flushed again.Service engine light also stays...

If you are talking about the coolant system there are a few things that cause them to get gunked up. I have found most of the time with the 3.8 liter and 3.4 liter motors that the intake gasket is leaking and allowing oil to mix with the antifreeze and I have also run across people mixing Dexcool and regular green antifreeze and that will cause the cooling system to gel up also.

I have coolent leaking into the oil. Suggest that I have an intake gasket problem. Besides changing the gaskets is there a replacement intake for 2000 Monte Carlo?

There should be no reason to change the intake itself, just the intake gasket,be sure to torque the bolts to specs, and you will have no problem in the future.

How to install a intake on a big block chevy corvette

That depends on type of gasket being used. Some fel-pro gaskets have sealant built into the gaskets, I have used some sealant to help hold gaskets in place around bolt holes during installation but that's not always necessary...and yes there is a torque sequence for intake manifolds...example given in link.

The balancer should be torqued also...85 - 90 Ft-lbs if I remember correctly. The balancer should be all the way back when completely torgued, if not you may need to check for clearance problems.
