Before replacing part's a factory or professional type scanner should be hooked up to see if the control module will communicate an to see if DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's are stored , before checking power an grounds . How did you test power an ground's ? voltmeter - ohmmeter ? Should do loaded circuit voltage test . using a headlamp or something that pull's at leat 4 amp's .

Liftgate Module
The liftgate module controls the liftgate motor, liftgate clutch, and liftgate latch based on various inputs. The liftgate module also performs diagnostics on these inputs and outputs and will disable liftgate functionality and set DTCs should a fault be detected. The liftgate module is secured to the motor assembly at the left rear of the vehicle. The module requires a liftgate position learn procedure be performed when replacing. This allows the module to learn the full open and full closed positions of the liftgate.

Open the liftgate. Remove the liftgate applique. Refer to Liftgate Applique Replacement in Body Rear End. Remove the back up lamp socket (1) from the liftgate applique by turning the socket (1) counterclockwise. Remove the back up lamp bulb from the socket.

Remove the lift gate trim panel. Refer to Lift gate Trim Panel Replacement .

Disconnect the electrical connector.

Is the arms bent

1.Open liftgate before disconnecting battery.
2.Open hood, disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
3.Open liftgate.
4.Disconnect the power liftgate prop rod.
5.Remove liftgate trim panel
6.Remove the four retaining nuts to spoiler .
7.Gently lift spoiler off of outer liftgate panel.
8.Disconnect the CHMSL electrical connector.
9.Disconnect the washer hose.
10.Remove spoiler from vehicle.
11.If replacing spoiler, transfer CHMSL lamp to new spoiler.
12.If replacing spoiler, transfer washer nozzle to new spoiler.

pry the tin clips off the ends with a small screw driver the new one will snap on

Rear Window Wiper Motor Removal & Installation To Remove:

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the rear wiper arm.
3. Open the liftgate.
4. Perform the following to remove the liftgate trim panel.
   • If equipped, remove the lift motor link
   • Remove the upper frame molding
   • Remove assist handle screws
   • Disengage the hidden clips around perimeter of liftgate trim
   • Disconnect the electrical connectors.
5. Disconnect the wire connector from the wiper motor.
6. Remove the wiper motor mounting screws.
7. Remove the wiper motor.

To Install:

1. Position the wiper motor in the liftgate.
2. Install the wiper motor mounting screws.
3. Connect the wiring connector.
4. Install the liftgate trim panel.
5. Close the liftgate.

Use a screwdriver to pull up/out the tab on the ends where they hook onto the ball. Then measure the length of the strut fully extended. That will give you the size. On my motorhome, I needed 100 lb struts on the doors. Your struts may have the lb printed on them.

1. Remove the rear pivot arm; refer to Pivot Arm—Rear .
2. Remove rear pivot arm.
   1. Lift the pivot arm nut cover.

   1. Remove the pivot arm.

1. Remove the liftgate door trim panel; refer to Section 501-05 . Remove the (A) liftgate handle to liftgate screws and the (B) liftgate handle. Remove the liftgate trim panel screw access plug. Remove the screw.
2. Remove the liftgate door trim panel.
   1. Use Windshield and Molding/Trim Removal Kit to remove the liftgate door trim panel from the liftgate window opening.
   1. Push the liftgate door trim panel toward the top of the liftgate and remove the liftgate trim panel.

1. Position the watershield aside to gain access to the rear wiper motor.

1. Remove rear wiper motor.
   • Disconnect electrical connector.
   • Remove three retaining bolts.
   • Remove rear wiper motor.
