SOURCE: the fuse i think

The fuse box for that fuse would be located behind the drivers side kick panel. its a 7.5 amp fuse that allows things like the heater fan, overdrive, seat belts and gauges to function. I had the same problem and checked the fuses visually - not a good idea since it did not blow in the middle. took me a while, but i finally used and ohm meter and found it. Hope this helps out.

SOURCE: broken power steering belt

no your p/s belt just takes is spun by the crank shaft. if its not making noise when you turn the key, then you should check the fuses under the dash and under the hood for ign one of those might be bad.

SOURCE: 1987 toyota camry starter removal diagram

Hi there, Best thing to do is buy a Haynes or Clinton's repair shop manual at your local AP store for your particular vehicle. Then read up on it in the trouble shooting section or the step by step RR section. You can purchase these at your local Auto Parts store or buy them on line at ebay burdfrenzy

your problem is damage window regulator, you can change it by removing the trimboard first to give way in removing the old window regulator assembly.

Describe how to replace a 96 camry rear passenger door power lock actuator

You will need to remove the door panel, mounted inside the door you will find the lock actuator, it should have a rod connecting attached to the lock cylinder, also there should be an electrical connector. Disconnect the rod and the electrical connector and remove actuator from the door.

Seat belt wont move

you probably need to be mechanically inclined to fix this problem. When the shoulder strap stopped working on mine the switch that is operated by the door latch had to be serviced. ie: the door will have to be taken apart to access the switch.

Heater

the 1st thing is to see if the heater core has flow, check this by touching the in and out hose of the core at the engine firewall, if both are hot then the heater core is ok, at that point u will have to check the blend door to see if it moves, this door diverts the air over the hot heater core or the cold AC evaporator core, it is often controlled by a small special electric motor, it is called the blend door actuator motor, if it fails it will useually fail in the cold air position, to change this motor u must remove the dash.
