Every radiator cap has when you look at the inside (part that you put onto the radiator there is a number IE: 15 18 etc) This is the correct pressure you need for your vehicle any vauxhall garage will tell you what pressure you should have on your vehicle, buy one from them they are not expensive even from the Vauxhall garage Problem solved. Hope this helps Best wishes, Malcolm Campbell.

Go to GM Vauxhall website and it will indicate where to archive User Handbooks, or invest in a Haynes Manual, which as a new owner of a late model, I would suggest, be a better and safer bet. You then have 99% of Repair and Fault Finding information. Cheaper than a Garage if you have DIY expertise.

If you are refering to the timing belt/ chain sprokets. Make your own marks with white paint. Also before removing the belt or chain use plastic cable ties to secure any pulleys/ sprockets so they cannot move. I used this method when replacing the timing belt on a vauxhall calibra v6 24v.
