What about it?
Its the one behind the catalytic converter. The heaters fail alot and require sensor replacement. 22mm wrench.

this is the upstream O2 sensor, it is located before the catalytic converter, it goes in the exhaust pipe for cylinders 4,5 and 6, see layout at this link.

Did the bank 2 sensor 1 short out before or after your replaced all 4 sensors? If it was after, you are going to need to replace it again and make sure that the sensor wire is not touching the exhaust pipe anywhere to keep it from shorting out again. I would suggest using a piece of wire or something to attach it somewhere out of the way so it can't possibly rest on the exhaust again.
