It's under the rear seat. The rear seat pulls up, and out. There is a wiring harness to unplug if you intend on pulling the entire rear seat pad out of the car.

The wheel speed sensor is located in the hub assembly, one on each wheel hub. The vehicle speed sensor is located at the rear of the transmission near the output shaft on the right side of transmission.
If your battery is dead, the key will stay in. Try giving it a jump. Also check to see if the steering wheel is locked. If it is, try turning the steering wheel somewhat vigerously whilst trying to remove the key. Short of that, it's a common problem with those year GM vehicles. Their ignition switches suck badly
