You need to replace the blower motor resistor, it is located near the blower motor.

Here can i locate the heat in a 87 voyger

Hi Kutis, Could you give us more information? I believe your referring to the cabin climate heat control. What belt did 'they' change? if was the belt for the AC? If it was I believe you may have the Air Conditioning running on cooling instead of heating? Look at the dash climate controls and you will see one for the AC control. If it is illuminated press the button to disengage it and the heat should work. If it was a different belt we need to know which one was replaced? We also need to know what else was done? I have a 2000 pontiac grand prix with a digital climate control system. The heat quit working, it doesn't blow out any heat. Now that it is warm outside the air stopped blowing out any air. The digital temperature on the climate control is not correct. When it states that it is below 30 degrees on the ext and it is warm outside the air wont be cold. Once it starts going above 30 degrees the air gets colder. Today the blower stop working all together. Was told it maybe the climate control unit was bad. You can hear the door opening/shutting when you switch the temp from cold to hot. But there was no heat blowing out whatsoever in the winter time. Could you please give me your opinion on whether or not it is the climate control unit or something else?

How do I turn on my air conditioning on my 2005 caravan. I do not have an owners manual. Thank you.

Looking at your climate control panel, you should see a square button on the upper right section with a snowflake symbol on it.

Depressing this button should cause an amber LED to light when the blower fan is on, and activate the AC compressor.

You will also activate the compressor when you select defrost with the mode knob.

Driver side air conditioning will not cool

are you not getting any air or hot air???
Here is a laundry list from my memory as to what may be causing causing the problem.
1. Low freon:car will act like this when it needs a freon recharge. Such did not solve my problem, however.
2. Stuck door. There is supposedly a "door" (for want of a better term) inside the heating/cooling system that regulates temperature and/or cabin airflow. The door opens and closes according to the temperature and and dual climate settings selected. If this door gets stuck, it causes hot to blow out drivers side and cool on the passenger side.
3. temperature sensor improperly reset. if the battery gets disconnected and reconnected improperly, it will cause a malfunction in the sensor responible for delivering the proper temp through the a/c system. Disconnect the battery and reconnect with negative terminal first; check all fuses that reference climate control, a/c , heater, etc in manual, remove for 15 seconds, reinsert or replace if necessary.
4. Computer malfunction. The problem may stem from the climate control interface itself (i.e. the thing with all of the temperature knobs and buttons). Replacing this is supposed to fix the problem.
