If it wont undo from the buckle you will have to unbolt the belt at its anchor points and take to a garage to see if the buckle can be repaired or just put a new one in

2017 dodge stow and go 2nd row seat will not stow

Most of these systems are usually reliable so start by checking the obvious stuff first. Go over the entire seat and assembly. Look and carefully feel around the front, back, both sides, top and underneath. Look for anything trapped in or under the seat and mechanism blocking the action of the stow system. (Kid's stuff, shopping bags, candy wrappers and loose items from the trunk). Next check any safety belts. Sometimes the strap or buckle gets trapped somewhere on the seat acting like a wedge or hook.

Kia sportage 2008 drivers door stuck in locked position, unable to lock with key

This door jamb problem happened to my car! The metal seat belt hasp was jammed in the door and this prevented the door fro fully fitting in its door frame. The slight misalignment created a stress on the door lock as it grabs the door jamb u shape. Crawl in the passenger side and look to see if the seat belt is jamming door. Use your strength to pull the seat belt hasp out of the frame.

I locked my keys and my phone in the trunk of my 1994 cutlass surepme I wondering if theres any way to remove the seats and crawl in through the back?

Some seat backs, you can get ahold of the bottom and jerk up, to remove. It that doesn't work, it may be bolted. If the seat back is bolted, you may have to remove seat bottom.
Even with seat back removed, you may not be able to crawl into trunk, but, if you can see your keys, use a stiff piece of wire and hook your keys to pull keys out of trunk area.

Where are the fuses located for the air conditioner in a 2001 pontiac bonneville

The interior fuse box in a Pontiac Bonneville is underneath the backseat on the driver's side.

To remove the rear seat cushion:
1. Pull up on the front of the cushion to release the
front hooks.
2. Pull the cushion up and out toward the front of
the vehicle.

To reinstall the rear seat cushion:

1. Buckle the center passenger position safety belt, then
route the safety belts through the proper slots in the
seat cushion. Don't let the safety belts get twisted.
2. Slide the rear of the cushion up and under the
seatback so the rear - locating guides hook into the
wire loops on the back frame.
3. With the seat cushion lowered, push rearward and
then press down on the seat cushion until the spring
locks on both ends engage.
4. Check to make sure the safety belts are properly
routed and that no portion of any safety belt is
trapped under the seat. Also make sure the seat
cushion is secured.

Notice:
The battery and main fuse blocks are located
under the rear seat cushion. The battery's ground
terminal and some relay wires are exposed.
To help avoid damage to the battery and wires,
be careful when removing or reinstalling the seat
cushion. Do not remove covers from covered
parts. Do not store anything under the seat, as
objects could touch exposed wires and cause
a short.
