check with a ohm meter at light sockets for 12v . If you do not have voltage,possiably a broken wire leading away from fuse block or worst case scenario behind fuse panel. Light wireing could be a complete harness for all lights mentioned. Good luck.
For an interior light to blow fuses you have a dead short in the wire to the bulb or possiblely the wrong bulb. Pull the bulb and see if the fuse still blows.
Because you have a 10amp fuse out. Look in your book for the fuse diagram. It will show you where the fuse is located for the interior and door lights. The fuses are located in your glove box (right hand side).
