The dash lights and rear lights do not work on my 1989 ford crown victoria ltd and fuses are okay. what else can it be?

SOURCE: fuel pump is not pumping

There is both a fuse and a relay for the fuel pumps electrical system. The image below of the Power Distribution Box is located in the engine compartment.

Fuse/Relay Location: 5
Fuse Amp Rating: 20 Amp Mini Fuse
Power Distribution Box Description: Fuel pump

Fuse/Relay Location: 203
Fuse Amp Rating: 1/2 ISO
Power Distribution Box Description: Fuel pump relay
