I had the same problem its either the light switch or a loose connection going to the switch I could reach up in the dash and wiggle the wires going to the light switch and mine would come on

Radio, digital clock, interior lights all out

This is probably a single fuse out. Check the fuses under the dash on the driver side...should be number 11slot and a 15 amp

On My 1994 Crown Victoria the interior lights, dash lights and back running lights are out. I checked the fuses and they look okay. What can be wrong?

Are all the running/parking/marker lights out, if so it could be a bad connection at the light switch. Had this happen on a '92 the brown and white wire on the switch is what controls all of these lights as well as the dash lights.
I would suggest picking up a Haynes manual to see the detail of replacing the switch and getting access to wires.
