SOURCE: my 2002 gmc sonoma will not turn over I have changed the battery

check the cables to the starter might be loose...check nutural safety swith on the transmission..

SOURCE: drain plug for radiator on 2002 gmc sonoma

Provided it is still the OEM radiator in the truck you should find it on one of the bottom corners of the radiator.

Under the dashboard, to the left of the steering column, slightly to the right of the emergency brake pedal. It may have a cap on top of it to keep out dust, this makes it hard to see.

there is a switch located on the top of the brake pedal it has come loose reach up and make sure it is making contact with plate on side of pedal arm
and not fallen out of braket
