Could be the fan switch, the resistor, or the blower motor. A mechanic would check for voltage at each point and also the ground connection for the motor.
I have a pontiac that had the same issue. It was a corroded connection at the blower fan. Usually located at the back of the engin comp, on whats called the fire wall. I cut off the original connector and installed aftermarket electrical slotted female clips. There are only two wires so it was easy and fast. you shoud see two slot style pins sticking out from the fan housing underneath the rubber electrical cap. Second possibility is a fuse. Check your manual for location and size.
Does it work on any speeds? If it still works on high then the blower resistor is bad. On the passenger side under the glovebox is the blower motor and resistor. If possible try wiggling the pigtail plugs that attach to these two components. It is not uncommon to have problems with these pigtails. Also try tapping the bottom of the blower motor to see if it will start working again. If it does The connections are poor and need repaired. If the blower will not work at all check for power at the blower motor pigtail with a test light or dvm. Will be glad to assist further if more assistance is needed.
