I believe rear a/c unit is under passenger side wheel well cover in cargo area. You can clear the drain by shooting compressed air through it.

SOURCE: how do you drain the coolant out of a 2002 yukon

Usually there is a petcock on the lower edge of the radiator either on the right or left side. If you can not find it at all then disconnect lower radiator hose from either radiator or water pump. This will make a small mess but will drain the coolant.

SOURCE: 2006 yukon ac drain tube

That is not anything to be concerned about, it is just water from the AC core condensation, the blower fan air pressure forces it out the tube when you start it. What would be a problem is if the drain was clogged..

Where1999 gmc yukon rear ac drain line location

If you have a rear a/c unit look behind the passenger side wheel well. There will be 4 a/c lines going up to the condenser on the floor board. In that area there is a 1/4 rubber nipple that will appear closed and flat. work it between your fingers to loosen gunk, then put a wire or screw driver in about 12" and it should free any clogs

2001 Yukon XL carpet in rear section on passenger side is continually wet, despite dry weather. I suspect is is somehow getting A/C condensation? Any suggestions?

{: ) You should check and clean first the rear a/c drain hose. It may be clogged with accumulated dust. You can use a narrow non-metallic tool to clean through the hose. If the drain hose is all clear, check again operation and observe if water had drained through the hose. Otherwise the water may be draining elsewhere on the housing. There could be leak on the housing although rarely happens, and especially if the rear a/c housing has been serviced recently. If this is the case, you will have to remove the rear quartertrim panel to get a closer look on the rear HVAC housing.
