Could be a sway bar link pin or the sway bar bushing. Could also be a tie rod or ball joint, or maybe even a strut or strut mount. Have it checked out by a reputable shop

Steering wheel and tire issue

Have a front end suspension check done to eliminate any worm ball joints -shockies- worn suspension rubbers-- steering problems. If ok have a wheel alignment done and have the rear end aligned first as it affects the front alignment. The violent wobble is castor wobble and indicates negative castor possible from sagging suspension springs. The camber is out at that results in the car following every dip in the road. The camber has to work in conjunction with the toe-in measurement and if the 2 are not correct then you will have problems.

I have a problem with disc brakes, 5-6days to destroy them and the car shakes ... why?

car shakes which is called shimmy shake,if brake pads been replaced wheels still shimmy, you have worn brake rotors with low and high spots, you could have bad wheel bearing, you have worn out tie rod ends and worn out ball joints, you could have tire out of balance, also you could need front end alignment.many things will cause wheels to do the shimmy shake.

Front end problems

hard to say what is the symptoms front end shaking or shimmying could be a tire out of balance, bad tire(broken belt, goose egg on the tire). is the tires screaming could be alignment problems. is it pulling to one side or the other could be a hanging break caliper (pulls to side caliper is hanging on) alignment problem (bent or broken tie rod ends) car shakes or shimmy when brakes are applied usually is a bad or warped rotor. the possibility is endless.

1995 jeep wrangler shimmy's

not a big problem. It may be tie rod wearing. If you hear a click when turning it would be the ball joints. If it does not make clicking sound, then most likely tie rod ends or improper alignment
