Check the spark plugs, or perhaps just replace them all. Or you can test, put plug 5 in plug 1 swap. Does the misfire move? If it does, the plug is the issue, if it doesn't is is the coil pack to it.

The crank position sensor on this car is near crankshaft pulley and you have to take acces drive belt off and loosen the ac compressor in order to have room to wiggle it out. Will not clear the ac compressor unless you do this.
The next time your Town Car fails to start, Try holding the throttle open slightly and cranking the engine. If it starts and will stay running while holding the throttle, it is likely that the Idle Air Control valve will need replaced. The valve is bolted to the upper intake right behind the throttle body.
