There is still no power to the under hood fuse block. I am stumped
Hey bud let's see here there shouldn't be a single post with a 10 mm nut on it somewhere on the relay junction box on that post will be two red cables the size of a pencil one goes to either the starter or alternator not sure what color that one is but you'll see where it goes the other is short and red goes directly to the positive terminal of the battery

The trailer wires are left turn, right turn, running lights(the smaller elements on both tail-lights and any side lights) and ground. Energise the corresponding lights and connect the wires accordingly. Find a good ground. A piercing test probe will find the correct wire for you if you can't track it to the bulb.

same part should fit 96-99, call around to local junkyards. there are also some scavengers selling old saturn parts on ebay, contact one through an ad and put in a special order. usually a few old saturns being sold for parts on craigslist.

Are you sure the fuse panel is not next to the front passenger's left knee, under a panel held on by velcro?
