A P1776 code on your 2007 Dodge 1500 with a 4.7-liter engine indicates a problem with the transmission range sensor circuit. This sensor detects the position of the transmission shift lever and transmits a signal to the engine control module (ECM).

saludos, tengo una mitsubishi endeavor 2005, la cual me estaba dando exactamente ese problema, cuando iba acelerando entre 20 y 40 da una vibracion muy fuerte, el problema esta en la transmision, eso lo causa la falta de liquido de transmision, cuando a la transmision le falta liquido hace ese fallo para indicarte que le falta y que debes completarlo, mi recomendacion es que lo revises lo antes posible y que le heches un aditivo para transmision, hice eso y se le quito inmediatamenteee, cuando la revise estaba seca no tenia casi nada de liquido de transmision.

unable to locate description for P1776,can you get all systems scanned for codes again as 0700 just indicates that a fault has occurred that has lit the check light and logged at the ECU.
Obviously it will be related to the shift fault,maybe a speed sensor or a dirty fluid fault.

Ambos avisos estan referidos al sistema de emisiones y las valvulas de pruga que lo componen. Revisa alguna fuga en el canister, a veces un caniester defectuoso causa falla en las valvulas.

Se pueden hacer unas pruebas inyectando gas a presion para detectar posibles fugas.

Aqui hay un TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) referido a estas fallas, aplicable a ciertos modelos 2005.

P0700 is an alert code the p1776 is the actual trouble code.
Code p1776 is solenoid switch valve latched in low/reverse position. Valve is located in valve body not solenoid body reploace it

P0700 is EATX code present. It simply means that the engine computer has noticed that the transmission computer has a dtc in it. This causes the Pcm (engine computer) to turn the check engine light on. You will need to have the TCM (trans computer) checked for codes to know what to diagnose.
