The odds of a blown fuse being the problem are astronomical , unless there is a short to ground on that power circuit . Looking at a wiring i see a more likely cause for the power windows not working , this is provided all the power windows aren't working . Not just one . Accessory relay located in the - smart junction box .This is ford's BCM - body control module - fuse / relay an electronic module all in one . Behind left or right kick panel or up under the dash somewhere . Now then , are all the windows not working or just one . If just one . it's not a fuse or relay problem .
Before you replace anything, inspect the connector pins in both the driver's door switch and the passenger door switch. If you don't find any problem with these connector pins, replace the driver's door control switch.
You mean it is squealing? A temporary solution is to rub some soap or candle wax on the contact side of the belt. Permanent fix is to tighten the tension of the belt. They all have an adjuster for that.
There might be a fuse on one of your fuse boxes that you can check for the windows but if there not working at all i would assume it is the window motors that might need to be replaced
The problem could be a broken window motor, switch or actuator. I would replace all three that way you know they are good. You can get a lot of good parts off of eBay or other websites at a resonible price.
