Rear running lights and dash lights do not work in my 1996 Honda Passport

it's the relay behind the kick panel. Drivers side near the floorboard. To the left of your left foot there is a plastic cover, pop that off and there will be 3 or 4 relay fuses there. Swap em out with eachother until you figure out which one it is. When you go to purchase another one, get the fuel pump relay (they're the same) and it's ALOT cheaper! lol

Brake lights not working

sounds like you may have a harness cut on that side. did your lens come with a new harness? there is a junction block under truck where rear lights plug into. also check your fuses underhood and see if you see anty visual damage on harness

''96 Silverado no tail lights.

if that doesn't help, you might want to check the bulbs. the damage might have shorted which burned out the bulbs. but you do have one wire that runs to the rear and splits off to the tail lights. the wire should run back to the head light switch via a fuse. the headlights have its own relay. but i hope it is just a fuse.
