1999 yukon denali front blower motor not working

The front ac/heat blower motor is not working. I replaced the blower motor relay and the blower motor resistor. it's my girlfriends car and she told me before that the back ac didn't blower either. now the back seems to be working since i changed the resistor.and at driving speed air flows out of the front, any ideas what i should try next?

Check the dash fan control switch. It can be purchased separate from the whole cluster for under twenty dollars. The instrument panel cover comes off gently by hand with the tilt steering in the down position. You have to then unplug the electrical plugs to get it out of the way. The heater ac control panel then comes out by hand far enough to unscrew the heater fan control from the back. Auto Zone may have this part and have the step by step instruction to get the job done if needed. Good luck and hope this helps, if the fuse and relay is good, then it's going to be the switch. Keep me posted, be glad to help.

2003 yukon denali---relay locate for blower

the relay is built into the speed resistor or motor control module ) depends if you have automative or manual heater controls. is automatic it will be motor control module and manual is the resistor module. these units are located beside the heate fan motor. the motor helps keeps the unit cool. just unbolt the module, unplug it and install new one. Just check to make sure the connector is good.. The heat created by the connection sometimes melts the power or ground leads (red or black) and if this is so you will need to replace the pin.

chk the fan speed resistors mounted in the fan housing. You should be able to see the wires going into the box with 2 screws holding the resistors in place. Good Luck.
