Hummer H3 will not start after adding a new battery.

Question edited for better English and all the typos.

It sounds like the vehicle has a night time parking light feature.

The vehicle won't start because you disconnected the battery. The Security and Immobilizer needs resetting. Number 1 tip, never disconnect the ECM from power even when swapping batteries.

My Volkswagen Jetta won't start after disconnecting and re connecting the battery.

Anti-Theft security system reset

Use Your remote key FOB and press the unlock button. Unlock the driver's side door using the key and switch the ignition to the ON position, but don't start the vehicle. If it's still triggered, roll up all the windows and exit the vehicle, then lock the driver's door with the key.

Wiring diagram

This could be a few things, but check the manual first and look for information about the radio in the index, to find the right page. There it may tell you that there is a security feature on most factory radios, which in turn means you have to call the dealership to get the codes to unlock it! NEXT step if no luck there would be to locate the fuse panel and look for blown fuses for the radio/accessories! Most likely though if it's a factory radio then it will be a security feature/antitheft.

Replaced battery in my 1993 jeep grandcherokee limited now security system seems to cut fuel off seconds after engin fires

Here's some info as it sound like the theft deterrent is armed.

---
Reset Procedure

NOTE: This information applies to a Vehicle Theft Security System (VTSS) that was armed when the battery was disconnected and reconnected.

When the armed VTSS senses that the battery has been disconnected and reconnected, it enters its power-up mode. In the power-up mode the alarm system remains armed following a battery failure or disconnect. If the VTSS was armed prior to a battery disconnect or failure, the system will have to be actively or passively disarmed following a battery reconnection.

The power-up mode will also apply if the battery goes dead while the system is armed and battery jump-starting is attempted. The engine no-run feature will prevent the engine from starting until the alarm system has been actively or passively disarmed.

Passive disarming of the Vehicle Theft Security System (VTSS) occurs when the vehicle is unlocked using the key to unlock either front door or the liftgate. Active disarming of the VTSS occurs when the vehicle is unlocked by depressing the Unlock button of the Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitter.

Once the alarm has been activated (horn sounding, lights flashing, and the engine no-run feature), either disarming method will deactivate the alarm.

Depressing the Panic button (if equipped) on the RKE transmitter will also disarm the VTSS, but the horn will sound and the lights will flash for about three minutes as part of the Panic feature. The horn and lights can be stopped by pressing any of the RKE transmitter's buttons or driving the vehicle above 15 mph.

I need to disconnect the anti theft 94 explorer

Refer to the owners manual and remove the fuse for the security system. If there are other necessary features tied into the fuse, then you will need to locate the security system control module under the dash or on the firewall, and disconnect or cut the wires leading to it.
