You need to buy the entire tail light housing or if its the cyclops light in the center, you'll need to replace it as a whole part. You cannot replace individual leds on those parts.
Here is the sensor location on the 2005 STS. My understanding is that on the 2005 it sat over the exhaust cam sprocket and on the 2006 it sits over the intake cam sprocket. That should be no problem as there will only be one to locate on your 2008.
1. Look for where it is leaking from.
2. If the leak is not visible or is very slow try a radiator stop leak fluid.
3. Otherwise replace seal, hose, or whatever is leaking.
