Check to see (look on backside of rotor by crawling under the car) if their is a cable on the back side of that rotor (where you changed the tire) that might have come loose. This cable electrically measure the rotation speed of that wheel.
Check master cylinder, for or uneven low fluid level, to see if a brake or line has startred leaking.

This is a sign of a failing instrument cluster. you need to have a dealer use the IDS tool to perform a scan reading prior to repair to see if any other systems are causing this.
