Have a compression test done to determine if valve or other chamber problem. change coil to another cylinder if individual coils to see if misfire moves . Change injector to another cylinder to see if misfire moves . IF it has HT leads then replace that lead with a new one and /or change that plug only too see if it is a plug problem. Check inside distributor cap for crack at that plug lead point.

PO300 and P1399 are random cylinder misfire detected.
PO301 cylinder 1 misfire
PO302 cylinder 2 misfire
PO304 cylinder 4 misfire
PO306 cylinder 6 misfire
I would say that you have damage to the ignition wiring harness or you ECM is failing.
These are cylinder misfire codes meaning ;
P-0300 = RANDOM OR MULTIPLE MISFIRE
P-0302 =CYLINDER #2 MISFIRE
P-0305 =CYLINDER #5 MISFIRE
Check spark plugs, wires, and coil(s)
PO302 is being a misfire, could mean the plug is bad or the coil is bad for that cylinder. Which can give you the misfire reading and the system to lean codes. Check the #2 coil for firing.
