Does the battery light work? Do you trust this meter? If this is like most newer cars then the Alternators output voltage is computer controlled, you need the dealer to diagnose the issue and replace the computer is needed, it is a very expensive part so don't just throw one in there.
I am suspecting an air problem in the fuel system. Check that all fittings and filters are tight as if fuel drains back over night the when you try staring in the morning the air in the system will not let it start.. Bleed out any air from any bleed screws.
