Gmc door lock problems

I had the same problem - ended up having to replace the entire fuse panel due to a short in the system. I haven't had the problem since the fix.

You need your door lock actuator's replaced because they are sticking.

This could be a problem with your primary switch in the driver's door. Everything passes through that switch. Verify voltage continuity to the switch (Haynes or Chilton will give you a conclusive wiring schematic), and you must also verify that the switch itself is not faulty. Using a DMM (digital multi meter), measure the resistance (ohms) between 2 contact points, then hit the switch and verify that this number increases.
